Written twenty-five years after the Munich air disaster in which eight of the famous Busby Babes died. Frank Taylor was the only survivor amongst nine British journalists on board the plane. The original version of this book was written in 1960 but this edition was completely revised in light of new details of the sequence of events. Illustrated with photographs. Inscribed: ‘To Nick, All good wishes, Matt Busby’. Binding nice and tight with slight dustiness to the edges. Pages nice and clean. A very good plus, tight, clean copy ion very good, slightly nicked and rubbed dustwrapper. Copies of this title signed by Sir Matt Busby are exceedingly rare.
