Gertrude Jekyll Munstead Flower Glass No. 3

Gertrude Jekyll Munstead Flower Glass No. 3

By: Gertrude Jekyll Designs: The Munstead Flower Vases

Hand blown glass. Hand made in Portugal. 20cm high. Miss Jekyll designed and commissioned these vases when she found others failed to meet her exacting standards. She used them to display the flowers grown in her garden at Munstead Wood, Surrey and they feature in many of her photographs. In 1903 these designs won silver and bronze medals from the Royal Horticultural Society and the National Rose Society. They have now been reintroduced over a century later so you may benefit from their uncluttered lines. PRICE INCLUDES POSTAGE IN THE UK.
