Originally produced by Tintinimaginatio in 2023 as part of the prestigious Le Musée Imaginaire de Tintin collection, this officially licensed collector’s piece faithfully captures the famous opera singer in her unmistakable stage-ready appearance.

Known throughout the Tintin stories as The Milanese Nightingale, Bianca Castafiore is among Hergé’s most enduring creations, appearing in numerous adventures including King Ottokar’s Sceptre, The Seven Crystal Balls, Tintin and the Picaros and, most notably, The Castafiore Emerald. Her larger-than-life personality, dramatic performances and frequent renditions of the Jewel Song from Gounod’s Faust made her one of the defining supporting characters of the Tintin universe.

This finely sculpted figure is based upon Hergé’s original artwork and has been expertly cast in resin before being hand-painted in polychrome colours. The figure depicts Castafiore wearing her distinctive pink outfit and holding a blue accessory, instantly recognisable to generations of Tintin readers. Measuring approximately 27 cm in height, it makes an impressive display piece whilst remaining practical for cabinet or shelf presentation.
