This unexpurgated account draws from the diaries of all three men resulting in a candid description of the tribulations endured throughout the expedition. Illustrated throughout with photographs, folding panoramas and five maps. Binding nice and tight. pages nice and clean. A very good plus, slightly faded, tight, clean copy in very good, slightly creased, nicked and rubbed dustwrapper which has a small amount of loss to the head of the spine. Very scarce indeed in dustwrapper.
